Clarifying your personal values This is just one of dozens of ways to identify your personal values. I used this clip with my leadership students. It’s highly reflective and really made them think about areas they were not use to thinking about. This definitely took many of the students out of their comfort zone and explored new areas for them. He is also the founder of the Imaginative Education Research Group also at SFU. I read two of his seminal works on education and learning while I did my Master’s degree at UNB.
